Artwork Description

The way the branches were positioned in amongst the boulders reminded me of a beating heart within the forest. A desolate forest area as it was painted in isolation from drawings done inside the central area. This was one of a set I did En Plein Air in the forest. The idea was to have an abstract pop art feel to the work, loose and bright like a print, making you decipher the work for yourself.
