Alana is a Sydney based, self-taught, artist, who grew up and still resides in a pocket in the Sutherland Shire surrounded by the Royal National Park, whose bird and plant life is a constant source of inspiration for her art.

From mosaic, calligraphy, origami, drawing, painting Alana is a self-taught artist who hasn't met a method or medium she hasn't liked and has spent 20+ years honing her craft.

With a background in interior design, she mostly creates soft abstracts designed to walk the line between being striking on their own while complimenting the style of your home. These artworks are usually made while Alana works in tandem on bright and bold still life works that reflect the joy in everyday moments. It's all about balance and that theme is reflected through her works and style.
