As an Artist and owner of a gallery in Buderim, on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland, I draw inspiration from the world around me, finding beauty in the often overlooked details of life. My passion for birds and flowers stems from my father's love for them. Nature is often the subject of my paintings, as I draw inspiration from the beauty and joy it brings. Using a whimsical style, I aim to captivate viewers and evoke feelings of joy and wonder.
My painting style is naive, but sometimes more realistic with a touch of whimsy. When I paint, I am transported to a peaceful place where time seems to disappear. My love for creativity has been with me since childhood, spending a lot of time creating but also outdoors climbing trees, gardening, exploring creeks and playing tiggy. While I have a vision for my work, it often evolves along the way, resulting in layers of vibrant colours and intricate details that often bring out the inner child of the viewer. I am committed to using the highest quality materials, as I believe it is crucial to the longevity and impact of my art.
