Alicia Gilchrist is an Australian artist whose paintings have been featured in both solo and group exhibitions. Her abstract works are created to evoke emotion and draw the viewer in through bright, vibrant colours and an energetic, expressive painting style.

Alicia primarily works with acrylics on large canvases, producing pieces that people feel emotionally connected to - art that helps turn a house into a home and sparks conversation. Her expansive works feature a wide-ranging colour palette, radiate positive energy, and are often so richly textured they invite you to reach out and touch the surface.

Alicia uses high-quality acrylic paints on stretched canvas. The sides of each painting are carefully painted so that framing is optional. All artworks are signed on either the front and/or the back and come ready to hang. Alicia has completed numerous commissions and welcomes new commissions of all sizes (up to 2m x 3m). Alicia lives in Canberra with her husband and their four children, and paints from her home studio.
