Alison is an Adelaide based contemporary abstract artist who works mainly with acrylic and mixed media on canvas, with a strong focus on COLOUR! She creates mostly large scale pieces for residential homes and workspaces looking for a punch of personality. Her strength lies in controlled, crisp geometric shapes and contemporary styling.
With a previous career as a lawyer and now working for a University, as well as raising a gang of crazy kids, art is Alison’s true passion and is something she has been doing for all of her adult life. She is inspired by colour, her artist Grandmother, and by the light, energy and happiness a beautiful piece of artwork can bring to any space.
Each artwork consists of several layers of colour, is professionally strung at the back, sealed and ready to hang.
