This little yellow delight is a strong but subtle healer. She captured me in the garden where I am staying, with her quiet brilliance, and soft grey tones against tiny explosions of colour. This Helichrysum plant has great healing properties, and I have it in essential oil form and have seen it in action. This plant reminds me of the friends I am staying with, who also are performing acts of kindness and healing at a time in my life when I need help and care. This is a tribute to them and their beauty.
