I painted this piece amidst rainy days in Perth, clouded skies and a grey hue to the city. In this piece I wanted to explore the little splashes of colour nature provides even within darkness. Cloaking yourself with positivity within darkness is a way I like to go through life, an idea I explore within this piece.
