The paintings elicit a soothing sense, the pink reflects personal peace - shining outward of oneself., it draws from rose quartz in its palette. The blue represents peace with the outer world around you, peace with all things, its palette is galactic. The frames have been decoratively painted to tie in with these themes. Hi! My name is Alycia and I paint in various mediums from watercolour and gouache to acrylic and oil. I particularly enjoy painting flowers and people but I mostly want to create something beautiful that others are drawn to and connect with.

In 2022, I won the Wauchope Creative Hub's Lasiandra Festival Art Prize and have since exhibited in group exhibitions at the Macleay Valley Community Art Gallery, Wauchope Art Gallery, Sunset Framing Gallery and Roto House in Port Macquarie, and Alykat Creative Gallery in Coffs Harbour. In 2024 I held my first duo exhibition at Long Point Vineyard + Art Gallery alongside artist Kay Thurston.
