Eucalyptus gum trees are so much a part of the Australian environment that I often gather branches of different variations of the colourful leaves and stages of growth to put in vases around the house using the leaves and twigs in many ways in my art

I am an Australian artist inspired by the essence of life's blessings all around us. I am fascinated by the light and reflection in nature, water and of the eyes of people and animals. I have been a portrait artist for over 40 years, recently having expanded into exploring colour play of the environment around us and learning abstract art.
