I’ve been fascinated by swans even since I heard that they only stay with one partner for the rest of their life. There’s something both sad and romantic about it.

I started painting to stay sane. I’m still in the process of finding my voice, moving from shapes to shapeless, from order to chaos, but always with a fascination for colours and the mysterious. For now, my studio is at the left end of our kitchen table.
