My creative journey has always been motivated by three principles: the organic shapes and harmonious colours within nature, the application of science and the pursuit of beauty.
Although my fluid pour paintings have a somewhat otherworldly and abstract appearance, there is certainly a technical and scientific aspect to applying the paint to achieve different effects on canvas.
In addition I use a wide range of pigments and mica powders to create both subtle and vibrant colour palettes, enough to enhance any room.
Something Sweet was inspired by just sitting in my garden, appreciating the small joys of life and the beauty of nature.
I want each of my paintings offer an intriguing and beautiful reflection of our environment.
