I am an artist based in bayside Melbourne, where I am ever so lucky to live, along with my husband and two children.
I find constant inspiration all around me. I relentlessly observe colour, shape and light in the everyday - this is my practice of living in the moment. I am particularly drawn to nature (flowers, the ocean, birds) but also revel in the freedom of creating abstract experimental art.
My style can be described as painterly and expressive - characterised by loose strokes balancing between restrained but not laboured. In other words, my work often jumps the line between the realistic and the non-representational.
