Darkness in itself isn’t bad. Without it, we wouldn’t appreciate the light. And what’s more, darkness can even have surprising upsides. In the literal sense, we need the night to recharge. But also, emotional dark times help us reflect on what’s important, make you appreciate life and encourage spiritual growth.
In the end, it’s all about balance.
