Artist Bio

From early days Andres Carballo has been captivated from a fantasy world full of visual content and
art. Comic books, video games, board games, sci-fi magazines, toys, movies and animations have
been elements whose always surround him until these days.
With passion and dedication, he completed different studies related to art. After obtaining a
Bachelor’s degree in Illustration which provided him proficiency in different illustration techniques
such as, pencil, markers, water colors, acrylics, airbrush, oils between others. Thanks to the
influence of amazing artists such as Frank Frazetta, Alex Ross, Simon Bisley, Boris Vallejo, Jack
Kirby, Ariel Olivetti, Randy Bowen, among others, he continued his studies in human anatomy,
digital illustration, tattooing, modeling and casting.
Andres Carballo, has worked for recognized companies such as, Ford, Movistar, 1340 cc, with
participation in Heavy Metal Magazine, independent fantasy projects and commissions.
