Hello! I'm an Adelaide artist who loves using acrylics to bring my creative ideas to life.
I've been a Primary School teacher in Adelaide for 27 years, where I've enjoyed nurturing
young artists. Art has always been close to my heart and has now become a cherished
passion.
While juggling the joys of raising three girls and a teaching career, art has been my
personal escape. Over the years, I've painted mainly for myself, sharing my work with
family and friends. Recently, I've been excitedly experimenting with acrylics to create
captivating still life scenes.
I'm known for using bold patterns and vibrant colors, giving life to every brushstroke.
Acrylics are my favorite medium, although I've also explored oils and colored pencils. My
style is ever-changing, adapting to the mood and inspiration of the moment.
The world around me is a constant source of inspiration. I find art in everyday things—the
colors, shapes, and shadows all tell stories that I love to capture on my canvas. I create
everything from carefully arranged floral paintings to more abstract expressions, each
reflecting a different facet of my emotions.
My artworks come in various sizes, from small and intimate to large and expansive, each
one holding a piece of my artistic spirit.
I have a deep passion and interest in the arts and a strong desire to inspire and educate
through my creative works.
