I'm Angelica Zurawski, an Australian born artist raised in Poland with Polish blood, working from my home studio in Queensland. I love to illustrate animals, creatures and people, mostly within the fantasy realm.
Art always helps me find peace in this chaotic world. Any sort of traditional or digital canvas is a medium where I can transfer my thoughts and feelings; a place of safety since childhood. Since adulthood I have always had this desire to be able to share my artworks and inspire other people, to be able to touch people’s souls, trigger feelings and questions from art. When I came back to Australia, I decided to get a degree in Visual Arts and in Animation as one of my dreams was to bring my creations to life. Nowadays I work a lot with a mix of digital and traditional media while still exploring and trying new art mediums and styles to produce my art.
