Artwork Description

Antique explores the tension between bold colour and grounded warmth through a composition of organic, fluid forms set against a rich mustard background. Inspired by natural movement and mineral-like textures, each blue shape contains marbled surfaces that suggest depth, erosion, and slow transformation. The irregular contours reinforce a sense of natural evolution, as if the forms were shaped over time rather than defined by strict geometry. The contrast between the vivid blue tones and the warm backdrop creates a controlled yet dynamic energy that enlivens a space without overwhelming it. This work is designed to bring a strong visual presence and subtle movement into interiors such as living rooms, workspaces, or transitional areas like hallways.
