Angie Summa is an Australian artist living on the sunny Gold Coast. After a successful career as a television producer, then photographer, Angie picked up a paintbrush for the first time during the pandemic and quickly turned her isolation passion project into her new life purpose. She is inspired by and seeks out the beauty and happiness that surrounds her and she uses this to fuel her bright, bold and playful creations. Angie’s artworks are ever evolving and a mark of her creative journey. They are abundant fun colour pops and feel-good vibes that create joyful paintings with a unique contemporary feel.
A few of Angie’s artworks were featured on the renovation juggernaut TV show, The Block, in 2022 and host Scott Cam even invited her onto the series as an artist in residence to create some paintings for the show. Angie has sold original paintings and fine art prints both locally and internationally.
