"In a Familiar Place 2" by Anica Amphlett is an original watercolour painting and requires framing to hang.

This artwork is the second of two in this style. It features a harmonious blend of complementary colors, blue and orange. The initial layer is applied with spontaneity, followed by the addition of Bottlebrush flowerettes to create a floral texture. As the painting progressed, it beckoned for further inspiration... which arrived in the form of a Rainbow Lorikeet.
