Accentuating the quiet beauty of the rich landscape and nature’s manifestations, Anika’s paintings are designed to carry her own subconscious memories of place. It is through revisiting past memories of treasured locations and landscapes that she believes holds importance in regard to the reverence of place. Each unique artwork acts as a vestige of her subconscious mind, sharing and reproducing the connections made between memory and the Australian land.
