Artwork Description

Influence
Sunrise occurs in the morning when the sun starts to ascend in the sky. As the planet Earth rotates, the sun comes into view over the horizon and appears to climb upwards. This process transitions the sky from dark to light, generating warmth and brightness. In essence, sunrise marks the beginning of a new day. It signals a fresh start with opportunity for positivity and productivity going forward, acting as a symbol of renewal, hope and enlightenment.

Description
A small abstract landscape painting featuring a warm sunrise emerging beyond lush green mountain ranges. A cool blue river winds behind vivid magenta and purple rock formations while soft detached clouds drift across a bubblegum pink sky. It is a fiesta of colour depicted as a contemporary nature scene.

This bright and colourful artwork can be used to accessorise or add an instant pop of colour to any space in your home or workplace (e.g. office, foyer, reception area, boardroom, waiting room, green room).

It also makes a special or unique gift for many occasions e.g. Congratulations, Thank You, Birthday, Christmas, Mother's Day, Housewarming, Bridal or Baby Shower, Cheer Up, Get Well Soon.

Artist Bio

Anita Art is inspired by colour therapy, a practise dating back to the ancient Egyptian civilisation as evidenced by ‘colour cures’ listed on papyrus circa 1550BC. This practise uses colour as a tool to elicit a therapeutic effect. As such, the artwork often features vibrant and energizing hues. The aim is to make the viewer feel something positive and uplifting when beholding each artwork.
