Harvest is an abstract painting that captures an aerial view of land marked at harvest time. The earthly tones evoke a contemporary landscape from above. My work offers a fresh perspective that invites you to contemplate the beauty of cultivated fields. It has gallery edges and it's finished with 3 coats of satin varnish. It's ready to hang and offers flexibility in display as it can be hung either vertically or horizontally.
Joanna Landman is mainly known for her abstract works which tend to lean towards biomorphic forms reminiscent of nature. Self-described as an organic/abstract painter and digital photographer, her works often offer a sense of movement or calmness and yet at other times her paintings depict a certain philosophical symbolism with the use of bold shape and form. In 2016 Joanna established INDIGO Studio/Gallery Melbourne, Australia.
