Filling my board with shapes, colours and textures, allows me to highlight what I want to keep. The fact that there is color underneath makes it special and surprising to discover. This is why I love to paint on board, It takes all that I can throw at it and more. This painting has a wooden surround painted white, but it could always have a frame around it.
