Anna Tierney is a multidisciplinary artist. Her practice ranges across painting, drawing, photography. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, majoring in Painting, from the National Art School, Sydney.
“My work is about exploring consciousness, the mind in all its capabilities. The human being as a whole, connected, living, breathing manifestation of life, mind, body, spirit. I imagine the energy moves in the mind, creating wave like forces, when depicted in the art making process. I am working on an intuitive level and the subconscious.
