She is moved by the colour, timelessness, strength and dignity of the Australian outback landscape. Inspired by the scars of erosion, where wind and rain have shaped the land. Drawing from daily walks in the bush and a lifetime of camping trips to the outback and remote regions..
Anne-Rita’s art develops through experimentation and studying of the works of many artists as teachers. Her work is varied. It includes abstract and contemporary landscapes using acrylic and oil paints.. Anne-Rita’s paintings are a memory of the touch of nature, how the landscape and weather make her feel.
