I was lucky enough to get away on a hired yacht with my husband for a few days many years ago and we arranged for a good friend and her husband to meet with us in their own boat for an overnight stay. We moored the boats close enough together to jump between them and managed to cook up an amazing dinner, retiring to our separate boats for the night. The memory of waking up to the water lapping around us and the sun reflecting off the surfaces on the boat will remain with me always. This scene is reminiscent of our wonderful weekend.
