The influence for this painting was the beautiful Mothers day flowers bought for me by my husband from the dog. Although I was not able to have kids of my own my fur babies have always been my Kids!
The vase is also very special to me as it was a wedding present from someone I really loved who is sadly no longer with us, I think of them every time I use it.
