Up for grabs is my latest vibrant abstract painting.
The work draws on my memory and nostalgic feelings for places I love.
I have always been drawn to the coast and the ocean, this work isn't a literal rendering of a place.
But it reflects the colours and textures of the foreshore, like rock pools and rippling waves.
The paint is applied vigorously with brush, palette knife and sometimes my hands.
