Artwork Description

Inspired by a delicate filigree vintage silver dessert server set found in a French brocante (antiques shop),
the work celebrates a love of good food, travels in France with fragments of old Michelin maps of the Dijon region, classical sheet music and pages from an old French book.

It has a classical style with a a contemporary twist, with subtle paint runs and quirky bits of collage.
The unusual shadow provides even more interest and depth.

With the artwork extending around the edges, there is no need for framing.
The work is neatly fitted with a coated wide and ID card with serial code

Signature on the side

Wonderful gift for foodies and francophiles
