Artwork Description

The city glows with amber light as the tram glides past the cathedral, weaving through a web of electric lines and bustling silhouettes. The scene feels alive yet peaceful a rhythm of movement framed by history and architecture.
With each brushstroke, the artist captures the pulse of urban life fleeting figures, shifting light, and the nostalgia of everyday beauty.

This painting speaks to those who find poetry in the ordinary in golden light, in motion, in memory.

Artist Bio

Born in Bangladesh and now based in Sydney, my painting practice is shaped by memory, migration, and mindful observation. Working primarily in watercolour, I explore the quiet poetry of everyday life where light, atmosphere, and fleeting human moments become spaces for reflection. Through fluid washes, layered transparency, and expressive restraint, I seek to create work that carries both stillness and emotional resonance, bridging place, memory, and inner experience.
