Painting from the art collection “Sacred Geometry”. Sacred geometry is the art concept behind incredible visual structures
in the living and non-living world. This series of arts derived from the observation and experience of nature-inspired elements. From all the patterns and shapes of nature, the spiral is probably the one that attracted mystics the most, who believed that the patterns
and forms of nature embody the spiritual truths of the cosmos.
Nothing better illustrates the apparent mystery and depth of the logarithmic spiral than its manifestation on the heads of sunflowers.
Sunflower seeds are arranged in rows, which form not one logarithmic spiral, but two whole sets of them, rotating in opposite directions.
The resulting pattern has a deep mathematical beauty: crystal precision combined with organic dynamism creates shapes that seem to
change when you look at them.

Painting is currently exhibiting in China and after purchasing it will be safely delivered to a buyer.

Arina Apostolova is from beautiful old city Odessa, Ukraine. When the war in Ukraine is begun Arina decided to move to Australia, so currently she is based in Australia, traveling around and collecting inspirations from the environment here. Her interest in art started from the graduation at architect academy in 2007 where she learnt academic drawing and basic painting techniques, refining the knowledge in color theory, perspective and composition.

As a professional full time artist Arina started relatively recently, basically from the big art project named “Sacred Geometry” which was successfully displayed at the local exhibition by UNION- architect studio in Shanghai in April 2021.

Arina typically works and keeps exploring the oil paints on the canvases of various sizes. Within her own body of work, she classifies the typy of paintings as "Composite Realism", because they involve elements of intense realism combined with abstract patterns and surrealistic dream-like scenes and symbolic images. This is a
