Artist Bio
I've lowered my prices this month to help raise funds for the Lost Dogs Home. I'm proud to say I'm very close to reaching the amount I promised to donate this year. A huge thank you to everyone who purchased a painting—this wouldn't have been possible without you, my wonderful collectors. Your support means the world!
I am originally from India and pursued my Bachelor of Architecture in Chandigarh, completing the five-year program. During those years, I explored my artistic style by painting for various interior design projects, collaborating with different interior designers, and creating murals for cafes. In 2019, I moved to Australia to pursue a Master’s degree in Architecture. While studying, I also taught painting as a part-time job, continuing to nurture my passion for art alongside my academic journey. After painting countless canvases, refining my technique, and experimenting with different styles, I have finally discovered my true artistic calling. My journey has led me to a profound connection with animals, realizing the invaluable lessons we can learn from them. They exist in the present moment, free from the complexities of human thought.
I invite viewers to explore the profound simplicity of the present moment through the unfiltered gaze of these creatures. Through my paintings, I delve into the concept that animals experience the world in a state of pure presence.
By contemplating the essence of existence through the lens of an animal's perception, my objective is to foster a deeper understanding of mindfulness and presence. I hope to prompt reflection on how we, as humans, can learn from the undivided awareness of animals.
