This Painter's Palette (A)

I’ve always had a leaning towards the flowers that are a little bit different, the anthurium (or Painter’s Palette) being one of them. In combination with it’s bright background, the colours in this piece are definitely THIS painters palette of choice.

You know how when you're a kid, you're often asked what you want to be when you grow up? My answer was always: 'I want to be an artist.' Now that I’m grown up, maybe we can make it happen?!

Within my art practice I favour bright colour and simple compositions, and I'm often influenced by my first love - floristry.
