The palette and flow of this artwork is inspired by the landscape of the Sahara desert, where terracotta dunes meet windy sand storms. An earthy rock-like texture was created using a palette knife and Modelling paste, which adds an interesting element to the artwork. Ultimately, this is an expressive piece; freely using the flow of the paint to create an abstract artwork.
