From a young age, Azahan was drawn towards visual arts. Since he was in primary school, he has been doodling & sketching on any surface he could find and it still continues now in boring office meetings. These random bursts of sketches serve as a creative outlet where Azahan find solace in, away from problems & complexities of the real world.

His move to Melbourne in 2013 exposed him to a multitude of beautiful street art, installations, galleries, and all types of creative visuals. He also started enjoying the outdoor lifestyle - going on hikes and camping trips with his wife & 3 kids. This led him to another source of inspiration - the gorgeous Australian landscape.

After all these years of absorbing inspiration around him, he decided to pick up the brush and started painting. He prefers oils for landscape & still life and acrylics for abstracts.
