My name is Bárbara, I'm a Chilean graphic designer and artist currently living in Sydney. I was born in Valdivia and lived in a small town called Panguipulli in the south of Chile. I have always loved nature, mostly because I was surrounded by it when I was a child and was my free playground. My penchant for art started when I was a child and little by little I realized that she was good at painting. I enjoy observing nature, especially animals. Here in Australia, I have had the opportunity to meet many native wild animals, which are wonderful.
During the past year, I went every week to see the migration of humpback whales on the coast here in Maroubra, they are beautiful, they inspired me to paint in watercolours again, so I decided to make my first exhibition in a cafe in the neighbourhood where I live, and I was able to expose my watercolours for a month. Now I would like to be able to continue working on what I like and continue exploring nature here in Australia.
