Artwork Description

Photograph on paper
Signed with a certificate of authenticity.
Number 4 of a series of 12 photographs showing the impact of flooding a forest due to human activity. These photos were taken in Southeast Asia when I took a boat trip on a man-made lake. The dead trees that were still standing offered spectacle that was both beautiful and surreal. To me, this shows the double-edged sword of environmental destruction, which creates its own special beauty. The Lost Land series has a graphic quality that suits modern interiors.
My photos are offered in 3 sizes: 300mmx210mm, 600mmx420mm and 1000mmx700mm. Other sizes can be requested. The photos are not framed but framing is done on request. Photos can also be shipped with mattes but not framed. The turnaround time for photos is around 3 days, but framing takes longer. Please let me know what your requirements are.

Artist Bio

My passion is fine art landscape photography. I live on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, Australia. It is a beautiful narrow strip of land with bay beaches, dunes, hills and a rocky ocean side. A very inspirational place. Over the years, I have travelled for work throughout Africa, the Pacific and Southeast Asia. Photos from some of those places are also featured from time to time.
