This artwork was part of my solo show: E-Motion : E-motion is an exhibition that explores both physical and emotional states surrounding loss and facing the unknown. Using the unpredictable medium of alcohol inks, E-motion take us on a journey through the multi-faceted sensations associated with emotional change. The works physically reflect the healing process and the transient nature of our emotions by allowing them to flow through the mind and body rather than being pushed away and internally suppressed. Through vivid and atmospheric expressions, the works in E-motion provide us with reflections of the parts of our consciousness that we may not be unable to articulate verbally.
