The Deer is such a fascinating animal to me, the fact that they grow complex antlers from their heads is just amazing. Mother Nature has made some truly beautiful creatures.
So in this piece I wanted to combine my love of Nature with my love of playing with dark and light in my paintings. The Moon is full and offering just enough light to capture the Deer.
