Artwork Description

This is a view of Ferguson Valley at a local tourist viewpoint. There were cows grazing in the distance and I wanted to capture the peace, serenity and beauty of the area.

This painting is coated with protective varnish and in the bottom right corner. The edges are painted, making it ready to hang as-is with a wire across the back, or you can choose to have it framed at checkout.

Artist Bio

Driven by curiosity, I paint to see if I can capture the essence of what I observe in the world around me. My work is a reflection of an ongoing journey of learning and growth, as I constantly seek to hone my skills and deepen my understanding of my craft. I paint a diverse range of subjects and use various mediums, guided by the energy and inspiration I feel at any given moment. Each piece is an exploration of the possibilities within my artistic practice, an attempt to convey the beauty and complexity of my subjects in new and compelling ways.

Bio:

Bee Denham is a British/Australian artist based in Bunbury WA, where she lives with her family and beloved pets. Bee makes art using various materials including acrylics, watercolour and water-mixable oils, to encourage viewers to find appreciation and joy in the things around us. She has been a nature nerd since she could look up facts inside wildlife books and is inspired by walking out and about with her camera, spotting wildlife and plants and observing the scenery around us. Capturing the likenesses and personalities of humans and pets in her artworks is also one of Bee’s passions.

Since late 2020, Bee has been providing one-on-one teaching and support as an art mentor to clients with disabilities.
