Inspired by the beauty of florals blooming in Spring, this acrylic painting celebrates the fresh energy and delicate transformation of nature during seasons. I was drawn to the organic shapes, rich magenta and orange hues and the way each bloom appears to unfold with its own unique character. To achieve this uniqueness each bloom is blown onto the canvas with a straw forming these shapes that could never be reproduced exactly the same.
The simple striped vase creates a calm, grounding contrast, allowing the expressive florals to take centre stage and capture the joyful feeling of a garden coming to life.
