A slightly quirky depiction of a bushfire somewhere in Australia. Thick smoke blankets the sky, as the eucalyptus trees burn ferociously in the background. The dry, golden grassland begins to catch fire as an old blue kombi van races to escape the flames!
The Artist has created a beautifully atmospheric image with a hint of dark humor.

Artist Bio
Billy Flores is an artist, located on the Sunshine Coast, Australia.
Billy studied a Bachelor of Fine Arts, almost 20 years ago, due to other interests and commitments art was never a serious focus, more of a hobby, mainly completely commissions for family and friends.
However over the past few years, since moving to the Sunshine Coast, Billy has committed more time and energy into his work, and started to exhibit his work in local galleries and selling to collectors both domestically and abroad.
When Billy isn't painting, he enjoys, fishing, spending time with his partner and 2 children, exploring the beautiful land of the Sunshine Coast.
Billy paints with oil, using traditional techniques, his paintings capture the awe-inspiring beauty of these natural surroundings, from the wild dry outback to the picturesque scenery of the coast.
His use of colours is exceptional, and he takes great care in choosing a palette to capture the mood of each scene.
To Billy, art should take the viewer on a journey, and this is reflected in the stories and feelings his works of art evoke in those who look upon them.
