Artwork Description

This piece was inspired by my son’s description of what he see’s when he’s ‘in the barrel’. The conflicting feelings of exhilaration and peace as he’s surrounded by blue, looking down the tunnel to the circle of light, are captured in the heavy jaggedness of the wave vs the calming tones of navy and cobalt.
