Artwork Description

(Scroll to the last thumbnail to see a video of this painting being created.) The painting depicts three semi-trailers beneath street-lamps, set against a foreboding red sky. The brush strokes are rough and expressionistic, adding to the ominous atmosphere of the scene. The semi-trailers are dilapidated and abandoned, with rusted metal and red reflectors that almost stare back at the viewer. The red sky adds a sense of danger or dread, as if something ominous is about to happen. Overall, the painting conveys a sense of abandonment and unease.
