Artwork Description

My painting is based on a scene of the horror movie, "Tenebrae". The transgender Italian actor is Eva Robins. I tried to capture the mix of hurt, offence, and rage from the film in my painting. The male traits of the face, mixed with the female help add to the disorienting quality I wanted evoked.
