This piece is from a series titled FUZZLES which combines childhood nostalgic characters with contemporary adult themes. Flopsy represents feelings of languish and depression during Melbournes longest lockdown.
This piece was shortlisted for the Deakin Contemporary Small Sculpture Award
Sculpted in oil clay originally, the piece is moulded and cast in resin by hand and coated a velvet flock. it is an edition of 12 for this colour way.
