Miss Finito is an original artwork on canvas and is part of a series influenced by street art style. The background collage is made from old band/gig posters torn from walls around the city. The central image is composed as a collage, a hand coloured monotone print, which is then spray painted and applied on top.
Three layers of high gloss acrylic varnish are then applied to give it a glassy look. This artwork has a rough textured finish, wrinkled and lumpy, created by built up layers, reflecting weathered artwork or posters on street walls that have been built up and layered over time.
