Overall my painting practice gives my life a sense of happiness and connection.
I mostly create pieces that explore my emotions and reflect internal contemplations that grow through my lived experiences.
I also aim to mindfully connect my mark making on the canvas with my bodies movements while in the process of painting.
Sometimes the experience of creating itself inspires my practice.
In this case I'm drawn to painting just for the joy and to be curious about what arrives on the canvas.
