Dear fellow Artists and Art Lovers,
My Name is Brooke Love, for the first 19 years I was a Dancer. By the time collage came along I was doing many different styles; Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Funk, Highland and many more. I have always loved and immersed myself in all types of Art. I completed my Cert 4 in Performing Arts at Brent Street in 2005. While living in Sydney, I met my soon to be loving husband Josh. Not long after we moved back to Canberra I started to get unwell. After many years of investigations I found out that I have a disability which affects my mobility (no more dancing). I also found out I have a hearing impairment.
After this I had to reinvent myself, I started as a makeup artist, but I couldn't work due to my disability but I needed ART so I went back to my first love Painting. Since we have been back in Canberra I have had two beautiful little boys Alexander and Nathaniel.
I needed something I could devote my time to and keep happy and healthey. I found painting to be just that.
All in all, I've had a lot of challenge's in my life but I found my Calling as an Artist.
