My name is Caitlin, I am a self taught artist, originally from Pyalong VIC and now residing in Kilmore VIC.
I started my journey with acrylic and watercolour, and really come into my own with acrylic. I started painting commission work however found this type of painting did not suit me.
Since then I have focused on my medium and technique growth. Together with my love for acrylic I have discovered my passion for oils with knives. I get a lot of joy finding photos that inspire my work as a means of escaping reality for a little bit. I love bright colours and innovative pieces. I like quirky and unexpected. Without my commission pieces, I see my inner self though my work and I’m loving it!
